- Parkview Passivhaus – E2 Rebuild European retrofit exemplar, Thamesmead
- The Bridge, Dartford – mixed use masterplan and first 500 homes
- Near Zero workplace building 2007 – new offices and touchdown facilities for BP global business
- The Studio, Forest of Dean – works to listed farmhouse and new studio
- Welsh Passivhaus and UK Passivhaus Competitions – finalists in 3 separate national competitions
